What is a Day-Of Coordinator?
The Day of Coordinator works directly with the bridal party and Maitre d’ to ensure proper timing of the day’s events to keep the schedule on time and stress-free.
We work alongside the Matri’d, providing them with the timeline and important details that they may not have seen, confirming seating lists and table counts, etc.
We assist in managing hired vendors to ensure timelines and that the needs and special requests of the bride and groom are met.
